Despite their practical expertise, they lack formal recognition and official documentation. This absence of paperwork severely limits their employment opportunities, restricts their earning potential, and prevents them from participating in formal construction projects.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n    \n    <div class=\"biwe-cert-col green-border\">\n      <h3>\u2705 Our Solution<\/h3>\n      <p>In partnership with relevant authorities, Don Bosco and BIWE have established a dedicated upskilling pathway. We provide targeted training to bridge any theoretical or safety knowledge gaps, and then facilitate the official certification process. This transforms informally trained individuals into formally recognized professionals ready for the modern labor market.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"biwe-cert-levels\">\n    <h2>Official NITA Certification Path<\/h2>\n    <p style=\"color: #666; max-width: 700px; margin: 0 auto 30px auto;\">\n      We prepare artisans for the rigorous standards set by the <strong>National Industrial Training Authority (NITA)<\/strong>.
